Let the countdown begin!!!

 So crazy, my little one could be coming anytime. Caleb & I are excited & nervous all at the same time. We finally got our nursery all set up, I'm in love with it of course (pictures to come.) We are trying to spend these last few weeks enjoying everything around us. Im in this season of learning to "embrace the moment I am in." Its a beautiful season...
Yesterday I had a baby shower with my sister-in-law & Calebs cousin Suyuan.

  My MIL & SIL hosted it! We had such a good time! It was nice to be in the company of loved ones & just have a good time & relax. We are truly so blessed! 
The last couple weeks have just been all about baby prep! My parents (Mom & Step dad) came & spent a whole day helping set up nursery & organize baby clothes. So helpful! My AMAZING friend Angela also came over for a day to help me deep clean & organize my kitchen & living room! I then realized I dont move as fast as i thought i did! haha. She was SUCH a help.

So we are getting closer and closer to being settled at the new place, but lets be real.. we have so far to go. My main goal is to try and do dishes, laundry & keep us fed. Unpacking will come in due time. I have a handful of things i want to share with you so lets get to it! 1. I finally got Axels Cloth diapers! I bought them here.  They are bamboo flats & I am using bummis covers as of now! They are working pretty well. the flat is very basic. literally just a large piece of organic cotton/bamboo. I have tried 3 different ways to fold and not quite sure which i like best yet.  Trifold - Newspaper fold- Origami fold. I think I'm going to stick with Newspaper for now. I'm Still Learning..

In case you are wondering.. I am still learning.  When we make a choice to do something, to love someone, to take on a new adventure, to commit to a new job or to become a parent, we are learning . It seems nearly impossible to live life's experiences and not be absorbing something at some point.  Moving to Costa Rica has not looked like I thought it would. Not at all really. In some ways that's good and in some ways its been hard. It seems that in every circumstance I am confronted with, God reminds me that this is a learning experience , an opportunity to grow.  I have a lot of thoughts running through my head and not a lot of words being typed out. All in all I am thankful that although sometimes my plans don't look like Gods plans, I am happy knowing I am in good hands.  This is short but i wanted to just share a few thoughts and a few photos.  Lots of Love, Briana
